Where the Site allows you to register as a candidate or client, you must ensure the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and must keep any login details confidential. The Site may contain links to other websites, including websites operated by other 1-Experience Group brands. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coralta will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Site, including loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Coralta may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Revised terms will apply to your use of the Site from the date of publication on this page, and you are expected to check this page periodically.

These Terms of Use are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms of Use, save that this does not restrict the mandatory application of Irish law and jurisdiction to users based in the Republic of Ireland where applicable.
